The hotel is conveniently located on a main bus route, making it easy to explore both the south and the north of the city. Guests can easily hop on a bus to go to the old Vallarta or head to Nuevo Vallarta, where most people fly in and there is no luggage check at the airport. there is a comfortable area next to the dormitory where guests can relax, read, or check their computers.
Some guests mentioned that the fan in their room was useless and ineffective.

The hotel is perfectly situated for those seeking a beachside getaway. A nice walk leads to downtown and all of its attractions. the location offers a range of amenities, and everything is within reach in this central area.
The hotel imposes many strict rules and is known for its unfriendly staff, which can make for a stressful and unpleasant stay.

Despite the chilly weather, we had a great Christmas at this hotel. We appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby, as well as the toys for children. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a few shops, which made running errands easy. One of the best aspects of this place was the stunning view from our room of the bay and surrounding hills.
the room was not very clean upon check-in.

I stayed at this hotel for an amazing price of $32 US/night and it was worth every penny. The location was perfect, with the beach just a 15-minute walk away and a bus stop just 2 minutes away that took me to various places, including Walmart. The convenience of being close to the main road and within walking distance to the center made exploring the area so easy. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had its own bathroom which was a great plus. I also enjoyed the opportunity to sunbathe outside and have meals at the table by the entrance.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The patio and room were the best aspects of the stay. We enjoyed relaxing outside and our private room was comfortable and clean. The location was also great, being close to the beach and main bus route made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our trip.
We did not appreciate the extra fees that added up quickly and were not mentioned upfront. the rules and regulations felt overwhelming at times.
